Wellness Awakening Retreat in El Salvador

Are you ready for a tropical escape? Come and join me and several other women on this tropically luxurious retreat in El Salvador.
We will be staying at MIZATA by Antiresort, in Teotepeque, El Salvador – located in Central America. Transportation to and from the airport is included in your package.
You will be joined by a group of amazing women, all seeking wellness, adventure and connection. Each morning, you will have the opportunity to practice yoga in the open air yoga shala, with a close up view of the ocean waves. Every breath taken with salty air, and view of pure tranquility.
As a group, we will get to explore and swim in waterfalls, experience a Sound Healing workshop, a Dream Board workshop, a Mayan Tie-dye workshop and participate in group circles where we connect with each other and ourselves on a deeper level. We will be spending time dreaming big, and finding out how we can live our best lives. We will establish the roadblocks in our paths, internal and external, and what changes might need to be considered in order to fulfill more happiness and joy in our lives. Bringing in more self-worth, because you are worthy of the things you desire, and gaining more confidence and courage to take those steps!
Something really special that’s included in your retreat is….. horseback riding…. ON. THE. BEACH. This is pure magic! ✨
On our final evening of the trip, we will spend a magical dinner together, enjoy a beachfront bonfire, and experience Mizata’s musical beach club vibes as our final goodbyes.
Somethings that are not included, but optional add ons are: Hiking to an Active Volcano, Ruta de las Flores, Massages and options to stay an extra few days.
My name is Gabby, and I will be your facilitator throughout this week-long retreat. I am an Art Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and world traveler based in Vermont. I am so excited to experience this Wellness Awakening Retreat with you in El Salvador!

Mizata was originally a surf resort! Though it is now so much more. We are taking over in the month of October when the waves are more calm. We will be past the rain season, and will experience temperatures between 65′-85’F. The staff are kind, the bungalows and tree houses are incredible, and the views are out of this world! Sunrises and sunsets, overlooking the ocean. Meals made with love. Pools and the ocean to swim in, I think it’s time.

Retreat in one of Mizata’s Jungle Tree Houses nestled behind their Beachfront Tree Houses right in the jungle’s embrace. Go up a wooden staircase set twelve feet above sea level on volcanic beach ground. Made with sustainable exterior and handmade furniture. Each Tree House comes with a luxurious King Bed, flax linen, dreamy rain shower, bathroom amenities, lounge area, mini bar and infinity porch. The bed and lounge area are air-conditioned, and you will be connected to high speed wifi everywhere at Mizata.

The Beach Front Bungalow has spectacular ocean views, with a luxurious king size bed and lots of room for lounging. The large king size bed has a premium mattress and a variety of pillows for your comfort. It also has built in reading lights, charging ports and a shelve for keep sakes. The room has all the amenities, to insure your comfort. There is a fully stocked mini-fridge, closet with rolling shelves, polished concrete desk, raw edge coffee table, WIFI, and bamboo surf rack. All the furniture was designed and handcrafted on-site, creating a indescribable grounding energy.

The Bunk Rooms are newly designed with premium finishes and amenities for total comfort and enjoyment during your stay. All finishes were designed and hand made onsite by local craftsmen. The fabricated metal bunks provide a 7 foot privacy pod with curtain systems. Each bunk has a built in reading light, black out curtains, charging port and locking closet. The room has air conditioning, WI-FI, dining table, couch, restroom and shower.
